• Rare exhibits: Curated artifacts, photographs, and prints highlighting Sikh women’s roles in community building, education, service, arts, and public life.
• Keynote: Harleen Singh, creator of The Lost Heer Project and author of The Lost Heer, sharing insights from a decade of research on Partition memory, women’s voices, and Punjabi literary heritage.
• Performances: Live music
• Auction: A selection of rare and limited pieces offered to support SHMC’s exhibitions and education.
• Dinner and networking: A culinary experience with time to connect with community members, innovators, educators, and supporters.
Featuring Special Keynote Speaker:
Author Harleen Singh
A writer and public historian whose work centres on the social and literary history of colonial Punjab and the North West Frontier Province. He is the creator of The Lost Heer Project and author of The Lost Heer. Over ten years, he has documented the stories of Partition survivors and restored overlooked narratives, especially women’s voices, through talks, digital archives, and accessible public history.
